Bread-y or knot
At Bread & Blooms, we pride ourselvs on our Sourdough bread and specialty baked goods (they're seriously delicious). Bread has been a constant in Hunt's life thanks to his mother baking bread almost every day in her bread maker. Three years ago, Kelly gifted Hunt a baker's cloche and "Flour Water Salt Yeast" by Ken Forkish which he dove head-first into and started making his own artisan breads. This led to creating “Claude” the sourdough starter and crafting delicious sourdough loaves the way it was done before instant yeasts. For all of his bakes, Hunt prioritizes using the best ingredients, locally sourced when possible. Each loaf is a testament to his passion for creating a simple yet profound staple that brings joy to those around him.
